Refund Policy
A student may cancel enrollment only by providing written notice to Affinity Real Estate & Mortgage Training – at our office located at:

A full refund may be requested 48 hours prior to the start of any course. Refunds will not be made if the course started or has already been completed. A $25 restocking/administrative fee per course will be retained by AFFINITY on all refunded classes/products.
Course Change Fee
Per the above rescheduling fee, you will be allowed one free reschedule and the cost per additional reschedule is $25/each.
Course change or rescheduling is based upon availability and must occur within six (6) months of the original purchase date or registration registration date.
No-Show Policy for Live Events
If a registrant is unable to attend a live event and does not call/cancel or reschedule, under the Cancellation or Reschedule Policy, the registrant (now deemed a “No-Show”) remains responsible for the full registration fee – NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED TO NO-SHOWS.
“No-Shows” may not apply any charges from the event no-show for a future event and the charges paid are non-refundable.
Access to Courses
Test Prep Courses: Access to any of our test prep products is eligible for 3 months from the time of purchase.
